Police will prepare a report for the New South Wales Coroner following the death of a rock fisherman on the Central Coast.
 
At about 12.20pm yesterday the 28-year-old Zimbabwe National was swept into the water while fishing from rocks at Wynnie Bay, about two kilometres north of Copacabana Beach.

The Gosford Challenge has been given the tick of approval by Central Coast Minister Ian Macdonald.

Attending a briefing this week with Gosford City Council members the Minister said he was impressed at the way the project was progressing and had thrown his full support behind it.
