GALLERY ONLINE - Wyong smashed minor premiers the Cessnock Goannas 36 to 4 in a major upset at Number One Sportsground in Newcastle. It was the club’s first grand final win since the Roos joined the Newcastle Rugby League in 2003. The heated match saw three Cessnock players sent off, much to the dismay of the crowd. Die hard Goanna fans were close to tears as Wyong were handed the coveted Tooheys Cup.
